Alive Ministry supports the work of Scripture Union in the Highlands   Scripture Union Scotland's vision is to give all children and young people in Scotland the opportunity to explore and respond to the significance of Jesus Christ for their lives. We work in schools throughout Scotland, running Christian Focus Weeks, taking part in assemblies and supporting extra-curricular groups. During the school holidays SU Scotland runs an extensive programme of events for school age children, with over 3000 people attending residential holidays and many more being involved in holiday clubs and missions. Our key priorities Prayer We wish to stimulate widespread prayer for the children and young people of Scotland. Education & Schools Our aim is to establish a ‘vibrant’ witness in every Scottish school. Holidays & Events We long to increase the numbers who have a residential experience with SU Scotland. Holiday Clubs & Missions To sustain agreed Holiday Club / Mission events and initiate new Holiday Clubs / Mission. Training & Dicipleship We are working to disciple and train young people who can in turn disciple others. Youth Website To establish and run a dynamic and relevant website for young people.
